This policy applies to the Randy’s website and inquiries made through its public contact methods. It does not govern Google or another third party’s own services.
Information you provide
When you call, text, or otherwise reach out, you may share a name, phone number, email address, property address, photos, and details about work you want to discuss. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for a property inquiry.
Contact form provider
The website contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery provider. Form entries are emailed to Randy at ARHPaintingServices@gmail.com and copied to the site manager at gary@idvlprmarketing.com. FormSubmit states submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. The form asks for project contact and service details; do not submit sensitive personal or financial information. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Technical information
The website host and network providers may process IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referral information, time stamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The exact log retention depends on the hosting account configured at launch.
Embedded Google Maps
Service area pages contain Google Maps iframes. Loading an iframe connects your browser to Google, which may receive information such as your IP address and browser or device data and may use cookies under its own terms and privacy practices. The maps show general city areas, not a Randy’s office. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics and conversion measurement
If you allow analytics through the site’s Cookie Settings, Google Analytics measures page views, phone-link clicks, and project inquiry form submissions. The phone_click event records which general page area contained the link; the generate_lead event records a form submission. Neither event includes a phone number, call or text contents, or information entered in the form. Google may process browser, device, page, and usage information and use cookies or similar identifiers. You can reject or withdraw optional analytics using Cookie Settings. How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, assess the requested work, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange service, and keep records of the conversation. Technical information supports site operation and security. With your analytics choice, measurement data helps us understand site visits and phone-link interactions.
Sharing and service providers
We may use hosting, communications, and other service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. FormSubmit processes contact form entries and emails them to Randy, with a copy to the site manager. Google receives data when its map iframe loads. When you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives measurement events but not the fields entered in the contact form. If Google Ads is linked, eligible phone_click and generate_lead events may be imported there to measure conversions. The site does not currently use an advertising tag for personalized advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legitimate rights.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain records, or meet applicable obligations. Retention periods can vary by the type of record. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information, but no website or communication channel can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what to share in an inquiry, manage browser cookies or storage, and ask us about the personal information you provided directly. We will respond to requests as applicable law requires.
Children
This property services site is intended for adults arranging home or commercial work, and we do not intentionally seek information from children.
